Beneficial Bank – 1600 Chestnut Street

This project was a total renovation and rebranding of an existing Beneficial Bank located at 1600 Chestnut Street. The renovation included modifications to the floor plan, ceiling, soffit. New LED lighting, Millwork, Flooring, Painting, Security, and Data Infrastructure were included to give this branch bank the contemporary look and technological updgrades that the client desired. In an effort to complete the work within the twelve week schedule, while the branch remained operational, the work was completed mostly off hours with some day shift and double shift work.
