The new Hotel West & Main – a Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel – is the final phase of the SORA West development project. The six-story hotel has 127 hotel rooms and connects to an adjacent 146-year-old historic firehouse that was reimagined as the entrance to the hotel and houses two dining experiences. With a generous hotel lobby, dining areas, meeting rooms, and indoor and outdoor lounges, the new hotel, managed by Concord Hospitality, completes the current SORA West development. A rooftop bar and lounge overlooks the amphitheater and plaza while retail shops on the ground floor connect to the public space, which features events and live music. The new structure is wood framing over a steel podium, and the façade consists of brick, exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), and metal wall panels.
