INTECH competitively budgeted an 8,500 SF space at Two Commerce Square for a law firm that was relocating from Two Liberty Place. Once awarded, INTECH worked closely with Gensler (architect) and the Owner’s Representative out of Kansas City, MO to develop a GMP and maintain it throughout construction, while maintaining the schedule.
