Federal Express – City Station Warehouse Facility
Federal Express City Station is a very large steel building constructed on a former brownfield site. Working as Design/Builder, INTECH utilized its expertise in sitework and building construction to minimize the cost impact while reducing schedule time. Situated in South Jersey, this new facility features 10,000 SF of office space and 175,000 SF of high bay warehouse storage space with 30-foot clearances.
