777 South Broad is a mixed-use development project consisting of 146 residential units atop street-level retail on Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts, seven blocks south of City Hall. The concept’s intent is to create a contemporary urban living environment surrounded by pedestrian-friendly spaces to encourage activity and interaction. The residences are comprised of one- and two-bedroom units with amenities such as a full-service fitness center, secured parking, clubroom, library, meeting boardroom, and roof deck. This project has achieved LEED Silver Certification.
