Abington Memorial Hospital – Fourth And Fifth Floors Highland Building

Abington Memorial Hospital renovated the fourth and fifth floors of the Highland Building. Both floors were upgraded to include new fire protection and mechanical systems, and the replacement of windows. The fourth floor was converted to a new psychiatric unit with tamper proof and psychiatric risk hardware and accessories. Windows include integral blinds and polycarbonate interior security glazing. Throughout this project the third floor remained fully occupied as the owner provided access in phases. ICRA, dust protection, and the maintenance of a clean site, was very important during these phases.
