Amerihealth Caritas Building 200 Renovation

The project consists of the interior demolition and renovation within Building 200 at Keystone’s Airport Business Center for AmeriHealth Caritas. Renovations include new office spaces with demountable glass partitions, meeting rooms with integrated AV systems, and bathrooms with electronic occupancy systems. The new office space will have a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, multiple pantries, and eating areas for employees throughout the building. The entire building’s HVAC system will be removed and replaced with new roof top units and a fully integrated BAS system. Additionally, the building’s electrical infrastructure will be upgraded to include new distribution equipment, emergency systems, lighting, and controls.
