Arthaus is the latest Carl Dranoff luxury condominium development in Philadelphia, embedded seamlessly in the Avenue of the Arts district, at the corner of Broad and Spruce Streets. The project is a 47-story structure with 108 condominiums and ground floor retail spaces. Each residence will enjoy 10’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, and high-end finishes.
