Arthaus is the latest Carl Dranoff luxury condominium development in Philadelphia, embedded seamlessly in the Avenue of the Arts district, at the corner of Broad and Spruce Streets. The project is a 47-story structure with 108 condominiums and ground floor retail spaces. Each residence will enjoy 10’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, and high-end finishes. A parking garage is incorporated into the design with a full service valet utilizing two-car elevators and a stacking vehicle system. There are several amenity floors scheduled for the project which will include an indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms, a fitness center / yoga studio, a pet spa, and a music room. There are also numerous indoor entertaining spaces including a café, club room, library, party room, and a board room. To complement these indoor amenities, there are several outdoor terraces with fountains, and a first-of-its-kind sky garden with glass-enclosed greenhouse and individual planting beds.
