The new office space for Brandywine Global Investment Management is the renovation of three floors at 1785 Market Street in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia. The design of the space moved away from a traditional perimeter office environment to an activity-based workspace, offering flexible work and meeting configurations. A monumental staircase links all three floors, showcasing a custom wood veneer wall embedded with coins from around the world. The project features high-end custom finishes throughout, with specialty lighting to express Brandywine’s global reach, and indirect lighting to illuminate the spaces without glare. Attention to detail abounds despite the 22-week fast-track schedule.
