Brandywine’s office relocation needed to be performed within less than three months and required demolition of an existing mezzanine area within the occupied building. Other work included marble, millwork, glass partitions, exterior window modifications, wallcoverings/fabric wrapped panels, and open ceilings with MEP modifications. Although the permitting process delayed the project start and there were several changes during construction, INTECH completed the project on time and Brandywine was able to lease their previous space to new tenants.
