INTECH constructed the new corporate headquarters fit-out for Brandywine Realty Trust on the 16th and 17th floors of the new FMC Tower at Cira Centre South. The project included the installation of a communicating stairway between the two floors. There were ample challenges due to an aggressive schedule as well as numerous high-end finishes. Material availability and fabrication time for custom elements including millwork, custom stairs, and stone work, were planned and coordinated to achieve an on-time completion. The project has achieved LEED Gold Certification.
