The renovation of the amenities and lobby of the Edgewater Apartments was performed within an operational apartment building. Close coordination with the building’s staff and residents was required to limit disruption and allow the project to be performed safely and within budget. To allow the building to operate properly, this project was performed in three phases for a total duration of over eight months. INTECH worked well with the staff, residents, Owners, Owner’s Reps, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers to keep the project on schedule and under budget.
