Federal Express City Station is a very large steel building constructed on a former brownfield site. Working as Design/Builder, INTECH utilized its expertise in sitework and building construction to minimize the cost impact while reducing schedule time. This project, completed ahead of schedule and below budget, ensured blight reduction and overall community improvement.
