INTECH completed the retrofit of five floors at Commerce Square, including a computer room renovation for Fiserv’s corporate office. INTECH also installed a new FM200 system as well as a new UPS system. The computer room was completed within the first month of construction, and had to be kept functional throughout the remaining phases of construction with absolutely no down time.
The remaining floors were completed on a phased schedule for moving personnel throughout the floors without disruption to the client.
