Invisible Sentinel

The project included laboratory and office fit-out with heavy concentration of owner supplied laboratory equipment and fixtures. The existing space was raw space that required completely new mechanical equipment and ductwork, and electrical systems. Heavy coordination of work with the occupied floor below involving floor coring and plumbing work. As part of the project, INTECH installed a new air handler unit and base building ductwork the landlord (Science Center).
