Lubert-Adler is a real estate private equity firm based in Philadelphia, specializing in redevelopments through joint ventures with local operating partners. When the Cira Centre was completed in 2005, Lubert-Adler leased the top two floors, capturing the most prized 360-degree views of the city. The space, originally intended for a restaurant, features a private elevator, two ventless fireplaces, 24-foot ceilings, and conference rooms with Switch-Lite privacy glass. This work included structural modifications, mechanical and electrical installations, high-end finishes, and the construction of an interconnecting stair. INTECH coordinated with the building owner, tenant, and other contractors.
