INTECH worked closely with the Owner, the base building architect, Ennead Architects, and the retail space architect Lalire March Architects to construct a new retail store and cafe space within the National Museum of American Jewish History. The store was constructed with built in wood and custom glass millwork cases. One of the main features of the space is a full height glass case, custom designed with stainless steel support brackets and integral lighting that separates the retail space from the café. In addition the main entrance to the space is created by two pairs of glass doors that are integral to the full height glass cases on either side. Cafe equipment, for the warm-up kitchen, was also installed.
