Located between 18th and 19th Streets just south of Spring Garden Street, this project consisted of four distinct components: new construction of a 16-story apartment tower, sixteen townhomes, a four-story parking garage, and a lobby renovation in the existing Museum Towers I facility. The apartment tower includes 270 apartment units with ground floor and rooftop amenities. It was designed as a steel girder-slab system with window wall cladding,
Centered in the site is a 140,000 SF, four-story 407 space parking garage that services the existing Museum Towers I, the new Tower II and the townhomes. The two-story townhomes wrap the parking garage along 19th Street with the remainder overlooking Baldwin Park. The renovation of the lobby space at Museum Tower I also connects both buildings. The project was designed and constructed to LEED Silver standards.
