Parkway Corporation – Lobby Renovation

This occupied lobby renovation was within Parkway’s corporate office and was required to stay operational throughout construction. This construction needed to be phased with temporary barricades isolating the project from the operating facility. Certain aspects of the job were performed at night or during the weekends, due to the amount of disruption it would cause to the staff of Parkway. INTECH kept all these aspects in consideration during the competitive bidding process to keep the project on time and within budget.
