Ground was broken in early 2007 for the ParkWest Town Center at 52nd and Jefferson Streets, the largest retail development in West Philadelphia, as well as the largest revitalization development in any Federal Emplowerment Zone in Pennsylvania.
INTECH constructed the 65,300 SF ShopRite supermarket (the largest ShopRite in Philadelphia) as well as 11 core and shell retail units totaling 95,600 SF. Significant community participation in terms of both workforce and construction participants was required on this project.
