Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – Cambria and Lancaster Renovations

Two outpatient clinics were renovated for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cambria and Lancaster locations. Both projects utilized a three-phased construction approach of existing, occupied outpatient facilities. The clinics include examination rooms, laboratories, procedure rooms, and a staff lounge. Healthcare-grade finishes of millwork, flooring, and ceramic tile line the spaces. New circuits, electrical devices, and lighting were wired throughout, and a 3form-paneled reception desk welcomes visitors.
