Philadelphia Park was selected as one of eight new gaming facilities created under new gaming legislation in 2006. Under an incredibly tight time schedule, INTECH renovated an existing building that was home to an occupied and operational racetrack, as well as constructed an entirely new entrance and porte cochere, all within a six-month time frame. Due to an immovable opening date, INTECH put crews to work 24/7 for the final three weeks to very successfully accomplish its promised goals.
