PNC Bank – Multi-Phased Restack

This project was a multi-phased restack for PNC Bank involving floors four, six, seven, and eight. Renovations to each floor included new offices, pantries, millwork, and finishes, in addition to mechanical and electrical upgrades. Complete renovation of the restrooms on each floor was added to the scope after construction was underway. The eighth floor features an executive area that occupies about one quarter of the floor. Phasing revisions during construction required significant coordination and scheduling flexibility.
