The Red Tettemer offices are located on the 24th and 25th floors of One South Broad Street, in the space locals refer to as “the Wanamaker Penthouse.” This fit-out was unique in that the design maintained many of the original architectural details of the former penthouse residence while adding highly contemporary elements: modern finishes such as floating laminated ceilings, angled walls with intricate soffits, strong colors, and varying floor textures to carry warmth through the area. The new offices have incorporated the majestic original marble fireplaces, columns and parquet floors with Red Tettemer’s insignia of color. The offices also have two large balconies accessible by French doors that oversee the city, one of which directly faces the William Penn statue atop City Hall.
