After completing upgrades to the electrical infrastructure and the elevators, as well as a renovation of the building’s Basement to enhance resident and staff amenities, INTECH’s work continued in this 21-story occupied residential tower to include extensive renovations to the building’s ground floor. A new handicapped lift and stair now provide access to a new suite of administrative offices with support spaces, as well as an elegant Community Room with AV capabilities. A new concierge and mail/package area was created adjacent to the historic main lobby, and a seamless interior connection was made to the “annex” building next door. Sprinkler and fire alarm systems were upgraded throughout the building, and cosmetic changes were made in all forty residential corridors to provide a more consistent look throughout the building.
