Sun Center Studios – Phase I

INTECH has started construction on phase 1 of a new movie and TV production studio complex in Chester Township. This first phase includes a studio building providing two 20,000 square foot state of the art studios with adjacent two story office space. The complex also has an existing fabric structure which will be converted to a 60,000 square foot Mill building for the production of sets, and a temporary studio space. There are extensive sitework and infrastructure improvements as part of the overall project including new parking areas to accommodate tractor trailers and production set parking. Later phases of the project include additional studios and an Event Center.
