This project was a renovation to a real estate company on the 5th floor of Two Logan Square, located at 100 N. 18th Street. It included renovations to the existing reception and kitchen areas, and skyline deck. Other key features included adding a conference room with glass fronts and doors. The existing pantry doubled in size with added millwork and all new finishes. The expansion space included open plan work stations with a few perimeter offices and a conference room. With good communication and coordination by INTECH’s Superintendent, the project went as smoothly as possible.
