This project included the complete renovation and re-design of multiple dining areas and a commercial kitchen. Overall, the major renovations included the removal of gypsum block interior partitions and the replacement of entire electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems. Kitchen renovations included replacement of all kitchen equipment, plumbing, exhaust hood, and duct riser. All work on this project had to be completed during an 11-week shut down of the entire facility, as subscribing members were guaranteed access on a specific date.
