The Rittenhouse lobby renovation was a project that has been discussed for many years. INTECH originally bid the job in 2013, but due to budget issues, it did not move forward until the summer of 2016. Not knowing much of the existing structure and utilities, much of the design could not be confirmed until after demolition was completed. Once the area was opened up, INTECH was able to confirm details and work closely with the Owner and architect to ensure that everyone’s expectations were exceeded. Working within an occupied condominium required many restrictions on when work could be performed, but INTECH’s constant communication with the building’s staff allowed the project to be completed on time, under budget, and with limited disruptions.
