The project consisted of the adaptive reuse of the highly recognized “Nipper” Building in Camden, NJ. INTECH converted this six-story former RCA manufacturing building into a modern luxury apartment building. The conversion required significant demolition and abatement, and also required a total rehabilitation of the interior spaces. INTECH created a unique interior courtyard at the center of the building, which required extensive yet precise demolition. The Victor now holds 341 luxury apartments, 362 parking spaces, retail, and cafe spaces.
