INTECH provided Pre-Construction Services for the Wissahickon Charter School project, which is
a new 2-story education building on a 3.72-acre site. The building and site feature elements that highlight the school’s mission of learning with an environmental focus. The new building contains approximately 20 classrooms, a media lab, common spaces, gymnasium, and a cafeteria. The site contains a new roadway and parking lot which features large bio-retention areas, landscaping, and field classrooms made from the existing concrete ruins on site.
