The project consists of the construction of an approximately 45,000 SF accessible indoor equestrian arena and associated site work at the Work To Ride Equestrian Center campus on Chamounix Drive in West Fairmount Park. The facility will contain a 250’ x 150’ equestrian surface for riding lessons and polo training. Site work will include a new bio-retention basin, improved site drainage, and resurfaced paddocks that will enhance horse well-being.
